I was relaxing, doing some of my beauty self-care regiments, and my prayer partner send me a message regarding one of my favorite scriptures, Ephesians 3:20: Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us (KJV).
I wanted to share this video with you, I was truly blessed by this message, and I hope that you will be too!

The practice of consecration helps me to manifest the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-24), and it develops optimum spiritual, mental, and physical functionality through my holistic being (mind, body, soul, and spirit) (Daniel 1:18-20).
Consecration disciplines and allows me to have the steadfastness that I need to do the will of GOD for my life. I have my challenges every now and again, but I when I fall, I get right back up, ask GOD for his forgiveness, and keep it moving. NO need to lay there and muddle in the fall. I GET UP and know that GOD is with me every step of the way!
BE ENCOURAGED AND:

Consecration is part of my beauty self care love. Loving myself enough to push away my plate to know the will of GOD for my life is Priceless. I have been on consecration before our church goes our yearly giving back to GOD in the first Sunday in January. There is such a desire that burns in my spirit (heart) to know GOD in a more personable and intimate manner.
During our consecration, I’m always expecting a mighty move in GOD ( bringing down and filling his anointing in my prayer room (my altar)) . I look forward to talking with my daddy on a daily basis. His presence fills the altar and the prayer room, which is hard to describe with the mere words of the dictionary.
As I and my church embark on this powerful consecration, and as you go on your own journey of having a personal and intimate relationship with GOD through consecration, I expect GOD to do exceeding, abundantly all that I can ask or think of, according to the power (my faith) that worketh within me (Ephesians 3:20)!
Consecrate yourself by devoting yourself to the Lord, repenting of your sins, and affirming your faith through the word of GOD, Prioritize your spiritual life over your earthly life, draw closer to God through prayer and biblical study, and act according to His will.
As I stated in my blog last week, I will be dedicating my Sundays blogs to my Sunday services (Greater Grace Temple of the Apostolic Faith) because there is such a powerful word coming within the house of GOD, that someone needs to hear it by any means necessary.
The word for Sunday, January 4th was : “YOUR ANGELS ARE ON THE WAY!” (Mark1:12-13; Genesis 3; Matthews 4 KJV).

I have been talking about LET IT GO in this season of my life, and also for other that are in need of letting some things go so that GOD can do his perfect work in you (James 1:4-8 KJV).
I was sharing with my prayer partner regarding the powerful message that my Bishop, Charles H. Ellis, III preached New Years Eve, “FORGET ABOUT IT; LET IT GO.” She texted me later that evening while in meditation, and GOD to give her a word from last month devotion. She stated that she heard November 27 (which is my birthday!), went back to that date and this is what GOD directed her to:

I trust in the steadfast love of GOD!
Over the years, I have learned that life is easier when I let go and let GOD. Even though I am aware of this truth, there are times when I slip into the pattern of struggling on my own. Grappling with roadblocks, frustration, or worry is discomforting and yet gets my attention. Like walking with a rock in my shoe, the distress will not go away until I take some action. With awareness comes the opportunity to make a change, to reawaken and turn to GOD once again.
Opening to the Divine, I release my burden, I begin to feel relief as I become relaxed and peaceful. I quiet my mind, trusting and acting upon divine guidance when it comes. I am lifted in Spirit, rejuvenated, and confident.
But I am like a green olive tree in the house of GOD. I trust in the mercy of GOD for ever and ever (Psalms 52:8).
Daily Word.
This message spoke to my spirit so strong that I have been reading it over and over again, and getting something different out of it at each reading.
Be encouraged everyone, and know that GOD is balm in Gilead to heal your holistic being (mind, body, soul, and spirit) (Jeremiah 8:22 KJV).
Knowing that GOD loves and cares for me unconditionally allows me freely give my cares, concerns, worries, etc…… to Him. Casting all your care upon him because he careth for you (1Peter 5:7).
I have shared with you regarding my Bishop, Charles H. Ellis, III, and the powerful message that he preached on Sunday, December 31, 2023, “FORGET ABOUT IT (LET IT GO).”
The LORD has been dealing with me in the year of 2023 to LET GO” in 2024. Whatever it is that is not bringing you to the will of GOD for your life, “LET IT GO.” I will be doing a series of “LETTING IT GO,” because I feel that GOD wants to break the bondage of the enemy through whatever it is that is tormenting and keeping you from doing your purpose in GOD.

I’m on consecration that GOD has ordained me to go on. Our church, Greater Grace Temple of the Apostolic Faith, will be going on our yearly consecration next week (January 7-14). I’m looking for GOD to do exceeding, abundantly above ask that I can ask or think, according to the power that worketh in me (Ephesians 3:20). Yes, I’m making this personal. It’s time to seek GOD with my whole holistic being (mind, body, soul, and spirit). There is another level that GOD is desiring me to go to in Him.
GOD is calling me to a higher place in him, and I have accepted the call.
Thanking GOD for the last Sunday of the Year, which is New Year Eve, and that I was able to see it and praise GOD for his perfect work in my life! I am moved by GOD to use this platform for the penetration of the word of GOD on Sundays (Hebrews 4:12). My Bishop, Charles H. Ellis, III has been teaching and preaching the word of GOD so until GOD has petitioned me to blog about it on a weekly basis.
I have been on consecration since early this month seeking GOD, and build an alter in my home for his presence to abide. As this consecration has been in motion, GOD informed me to use this platform to put the Sunday services, Greater Grace Temple of the Apostolic Faith (which is my church! There’s no place like Greater Grace!) so that those who see it can be renewed in their holistic being (mind, body, soul, and spirit).

My Bishop, Charles H. Ellis, III preached a powerful, and life-changing “RHEMA” word on Sunday, December 17, 2023). This word of GOD was quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12).
This was a “RHEMA” word for me and I know it will be for you also! Be blessed by this powerful WORD !
Having a wonderful publisher in your life is one of the best things that I have experienced. My publisher has pushed me even when I was in resistance, but ‘TRUSTED THE PROCESS” of becoming.
My publisher, Sabrina Adams, would pour into, covered, labored and instilled in me on every call that we shared together. We would communicate in every shape, form, and fashion (via phone, email, text, chat, etc…).
My friend, mentor, publisher went to be with the LORD on 4/25/23. I knew that Sabrina had gone on to be with the LORD, I just didn’t want to accept it. She always told me that it would be a win-win situation stating if she stayed here, she would be doing GOD’s great work on earth, and she left this earth, she would be with the LORD. I asked her if she could wait until several of my books were published before she left here. We laughed hilariously!
In our conversations, Sabrina would express and proclaim that I was such a good writer, and she didn’t have to babysit me on each and every step of a writer’s process. I graciously shared with her that I love to write and have been writing since I was a little girl.
I will HONOR this GREAT WOMAN OF GOD in my writings (books, blogs, workbooks, etc…)………….
This will be one of my many writings dedicated to the memory of my publisher……………

NOTE: THIS IS A LATE JULY BLOG, BUT WORTH THE READING!
I was talking with my prayer partner on this beauty 4th of July (Independence Day), and the topic of “what are you free from?” I pondered about this question with intent. The topic came up regarding going bald. My story for this was that I experienced a spiritual shift from within, which poured over on the outside of who I was. I remember going to the beauty shop with my long hair, sitting in the chair, with all eyes on me. The barber asked me was I ready, and I informed them that I was more than ready. The barber started to cut all this hair off my head as the the onlookers gasped with shocked and amazement. After the cut, I felt like shackles and chains had fallen off me.
GOD had changed something that needed to be released from me , and when I felt that released, It poured over on the outside. I heard so many comments (good and bad) on how I cut my beautiful hair off. I informed folk that I’m not defined by my hair, I’m more than my hair, and it shows in my holistic being (mind, body, soul, and spirit). This is what one of the things that I was free from was not defining myself by my hair!
I absolutely love the skin that I’m When GOD delivered me from the thing that had me bound (I earnestly sought GOD for what I was going through to be removed from me), I started living my BEST life! What GOD delivered me from allowed me to be free to live outside my comfort zone.
What are you free from? What has GOD freed you from? it can be from not eating so of what you love, to being free from what people think or say about you!
I have an orchard adjacent to my home, which has several different kinds of apples (granny smith, honey crisp, gala, etc,,,). There are also cherry several small cherry trees. Many mornings when I’m working from home, I go out on the bench, which is on the side of my home towards the orchard, sit and just have a conversation with my daddy❤️ There is a certain section next to my home (large V-shaped) that my girlfriend and I planted vegetables for the last several years, but didn’t do well at all due to the shade and sun of this beautiful space and the requirement that the vegetables needed.
The V-shaped space had become desolate and dry with no life in it. I didn’t know what to do, and asked GOD to give me a vision for this beautiful space. I’m always outside early in the morning in my yard, and I happened to go over to the space that was spoken about earlier. GOD asked me, “What is your vision for this space?” I told GOD that I would like to plant different color Hostas here. I had the vision on how I wanted them planted and the space between them. It’s amazing how GOD works. I have prayed for this vision because several years before this, GOD told me to start taking care of this space. This is when the vegetables went in. The desolate picture of this space. The space is much bigger than this. I just took a snapshot of it.
I had no idea on how I was going to get extra Hosta, no less than different colors, mulch and everything that was needed to make this project complete. GOD told me ask, and it shall be given, seek, and ye shall find, knock, and the door will be open for you (Matthew 7:7-8 KJV). I did exactly what GOD told me to do, I told my girlfriend my vision for this space, and it has came to past!
Don’t be afraid to have a vision and tell GOD about it. Trust me, He will give you provision for the vision, just as He did for me! The next door V-shape space is absolutely beautiful! More pics to come!
I was sitting at my desk pondering about what I was going through, and knowing that all things work together for the good to them that love GOD, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28 KJV). I know of assurance that I’m called of GOD, and know that ALL things are working together for my good. It doesn’t feel good for me a most of times, because I seemed to going through trial after trial after trial, and then more (to much is given, much is REQUIRED)!
TRANSPARENCY: GOD told me years ago when he called me to do His will and purpose for my life that I had to be transparent. I fought it for a long time. I finally surrendered years ago, and told GOD, “I surrender GOD. Just be with me. Since that day, GOD has been testing me on different levels. I thank GOD for the testing because it has made me a powerful and rooted woman of GOD in Him.
As I ended a phone call with one of my clients, my cell phone was ringing. It was prayer partner calling me. I said to myself, “Something is happening, sis is calling me.!” I answered saying, “Hey sis!.” She DECLARED and DECREED in the atmosphere, hemisphere, and stratosphere that the raiment word was, “IT’S MY BIRTHRIGHT TO BE PROSPER! The anointing on the phone was so strong that I had to go into another room to inhale this powerful word. My prayer partner informed me to get this word in my spirit until it connects to it! As she was talking, I was pacing the floor trying not to do a 4/40 relay around my workplace.
I thank GOD for my prayer partner because we seem to pick up each other in the spirit, and whatever is going on. This word is powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12 KJV). I took this word and ran with it. Let me tell you all this, I will be DECLAING and DECREEING this WORD until it overtakes me!!
I encourage you to grasp hold to this powerful word. Even though this word was for me, I dare you to receive this WORD with your whole HEART, and see what GOD will do in your LIFE!
BE STEADFAST, UNMOVABLE, ALWAYS ABOUNDING IN THE WORD OF THE LORD (1 Corinthians 15:58 KJV).
I had the honor and pleasure of speaking at the Women’s Empowerment Health and Hygiene Seminar in Pakistan via video. The Pakistan women and men embraced my presence with excitement and expectation. I had an interpreter so that the audience could understand what I was speaking in their heart and lives.
I remember several folk speaking into my life stating that I will be speaking to women and children all over the world. I wasn’t sure how GOD was going to do this because of the shortage of resources and funding that I was working with in general. When prophecy came to manifestation on April 1, 2023 at 5:30am in the morning my time and 2:30pm in the afternoon Pakistan time, I was absolutely in awe in what GOD can do and how He does it. His ways are not my ways and His thoughts are not my thoughts (Isaiah 55: 8-10). The word of the LORD also says that, ‘So shall my word be that go forth out of my mouth: it shall not return into me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it (Isaiah 55:11).
The word of the LORD has shown itself “STRONG’ in my life in spite of my valley seasons. I’m humbly thankful for this opportunity that GOD opened the door for. The Pakistan women and men were so grateful and honored to make a two hours journey to hear the word of the LORD. I think GOD for using me for such a time as this
I wrote the vision, and made it plain unto the LORD, and He manifested this vision that I had for years. Whatever you’re believing GOD for, wait for the appointed time, for it shall surely come to PASS.
And The WORD OF THE LORD DECLARED UNTO ME SAYING:
(1) I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
(2) And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon the tables, that he may run that readeth it.
(3) For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
As you all know, I love taking care of the temple (holistic being: mind, body, soul, and spirit) that GOD has entrusted me with , and I will do my daddy proud by taking care of it to the fullest. I saw a documentary called “What the Health,” and it has changed my way of thinking what I eat , and what I put in my body.
I always love eating fruit and vegetables, but even eating more is fuel for the body. Fruit and vegetables should be an important part of your daily diet. They are naturally good, and contain vitamins and minerals that can help to keep you healthy. They can also help protect against some diseases.
I am eating less meat, and more proteins, brown rice, grains, and of course, my fruits and vegetables, which allows me to feel even more wonderful and beautiful. I’m full because of the proteins and other pyramid goodies that I eat throughout the day (snacks of fruits and vegetables). I eat in very small portions, so getting full fast comes very easy for me.
My DAILY schedule for eating HEALTHY:
I usually fast from 7pm to 11am the following day, after coming off my fast, I eat a small salad with homemade dressings. Salmon and scrimp are still on my plant based diet plan, so I eat very little of that, which is so yummy, For dinner, I’ll eat a half piece of Salmon and veggies, or just a vegetable medley, which is more than enough for me. I try to eat four hours before my fasting begins (7pm). I find myself sleeping better. I’m in full menopause, so I haven’t slept all night in a long time. Since I have changed to this plant-based/vegetarian lifestyle, I find myself sleeping a bit better. I know that this doesn’t happen overnight, so every little bit of beauty sleeping longer is a wonderful jewel.
Making this life-changing plan has allowed me to focus more on my holistic being (mind, body, soul, and spirit) in such a loving and compassionate manner. The plant-based/vegetarian lifestyle also has lowered my cholesterol, so it has it benefits if you work the lifestyle.
I hope that this “ENCOURAGES” you to take care of your holistic being (mind, body, soul, and spirit) in the most loving manner. Take it one day at a time! You can do this!
I was relaxing in bed early this morning after awakening from a dream that I had. GOD gives me vivid dream and visions to the point that I have a dream journal that I put them in. I’m in a season of rejection and isolation, and I know that GOD is doing a work within me. I have to trust Him and the season that He has me in.
As I was relaxing and thinking about the dream that I just had, GOD told me to, “let it go, It’s okay to let it go.” I have to stay focus on this. If not, the enemy will wreak havoc on my holistic being (mind, body, soul, and spirit). I had been struggling with rejection, but GOD has given me the knowledge and understanding that REJECTION IS REDIRECTION. I learn and am learning to embrace rejection, because when this season comes in my life, I have to reposition, and prostrate myself to hear from GOD for the next move.
Whatever your going through, my Kings, Queens, and Princesses, just know that GOD is OMNIPRESENT (refersGOD who exists everywhere all at once), OMNISCIENT ( refers to an all-knowingGOD), and OMNIPOTENCE ( describes an all-powerful GOD), and is able to anything but FAIL!! Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we can ask or think. according to the power (your faith) that worketh in us (Ephesians 3:20).
GOD is WELL ABLE to get in your situation and strengthen you even in the mist and season of rejection.
BEAUTY: A combination of qualities, such as shape, color, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, especially the sight.
The feminine beauty ideal traits include but are not limited to: female body shape, facial feature, skin tones, height, clothing style, hairstyle and body weight. In order to emulate said desirable traits, women have chosen to undergo facial and body-altering practices which range in severity instead of loving the way that GOD has created them to be, which is naturally beautiful without alterations.
A lot of folk look at me, and the first thing they see is my beauty, I thank GOD for the beauty and love that illuminates throughout me, but that is only skin deep. My beauty is the hidden man of the heart (1 Peter 4:4 KJV), which excludes on the outside.
My beauty is seen through my eyes because that is the doorway to my heart, the place where love resides. My true beauty is reflected in my soul. It’s the care that I lovingly give and the passion that I show in doing the deed. My beauty grows with each passing day, stronger and greater.
Embrace the beauty that GOD has given you. We are all made uniquely and wonderfully different, so let us LOVE ourselves as GOD love US, which is UNCONDITIONALLY!
TRANSPARENCY: There is a season in which we all though levels of rejection, isolation, and separation. I’m in this season, and it has been challenging for me, but I thank GOD for this season, because I know GOD is doing a perfect work in me. This season doesn’t feel good, but I know that all things work together for my good (the good, bad, and ugly) (Romans 8:28 KJV). I know that GOD is with me through this, even though it seems He has dropped off the face of the earth, I must TRUST Him when I can’t TRACE Him. This is not the time to give up or give in. When I feel hopeless, GOD always remind me to “TRUST THE PROCESS.”
Before doing the work that I GOD ordained me to do, He told me that I needed to be transparent in order to do the work with authenticity and genuine love. I understand what He was saying when He said with authenticity, because this work needs to come through an authentic vessel that has been through the fire, and that has a “HEART” for the people of GOD. “TRUSTING THE PROCESS” means letting go and having the “FAITH” that GOD will do exceedingly, abundantly all that you can ask or thing (Ephesians 3:20).
When a train goes through a tunnel, it gets dark. You don’t throw away the ticket and jump off. You sit still and TRUST the engineer.
TRUST GOD today no matter how dark your situation is.
I had a restless night due to something that is heavy on my heart. I have been in prayer and consecration, believing GOD for something that I’m desiring. One of my favorite scriptures is Mark 11:24 that says: Therefore I say unto you, Whatsoever ye desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and ye shall have them. In the spirit, I can see things that are complete in GOD. I haven’t shared with anyone my what I’m believing GOD for is the absolute impossible, but I know that it will come to pass. I have that crazy FAITH that I keep between me and GOD. You have to be careful about who you share your dreams and goals with, because is out there to kill, still, and destroy (John 10:10 KJV).
Our church (Greater Grace Temple, Bishop Charles H. Ellis, III, pastor), was on consecration in January (the 8th-15th). I was led to continue the consecration because GOD had spoke to my spirit in 2022 that He wanted fasting and prayer to a part of my everyday life. I have made consecration a part of my everyday life like my beauty self-care love. Folk that knows me knows that I incorporate my beauty self-care love everyday, and with importance. The LORD says as in the natural, so it is in the spirit. I hear GOD loud and clear and obeyed the clarion call that He bestowed upon my life.
Another one of my most favorite scriptures Romans 4:17 which stated: (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations.) before him who believed, even GOD, who quicketh the dead, and calleth those things be now as though they were.
I have incorporated my consecration and beauty self-care love which goes hand in had. I thanked GOD for being obedient in this process. I know that GOD will be showing Himself STRONG in he process of this season. I told GOD that I will continue to seek Him until I’m in the face of the “Ancient of Days, BEYOND THE VEIL.” (1 Corinthians 2:9).
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have it entered into the heart of man, the things which GOD hath prepared for them that love them. This scripture is my EVERYTHING, and I live by on a daily basis. IT REMAINS TO BE SEEN!
